Things brides always ask
How do I get my measurements right?
We send you a simple measuring guide with photos and video. You measure yourself at home — bust, waist, hips, height. If you're between sizes, we always cut toward more fabric. Alterations locally are easy; taking in is always simpler than letting out.
What if the dress doesn't fit when it arrives?
We make each gown to your exact measurements, not standard sizing, so major fit issues are rare. If minor alterations are needed, we cover up to €150 in local tailoring costs — no questions asked.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. Every order ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. We pay all US import duties before your package leaves France. The price we quote is the price you pay, period.
Can I see the dress before it ships?
Yes — that's part of our process. We photograph your gown at every stage: fabric cut, first fitting on the dress form, finished before pressing. We don't send anything without your green light.
How long does a custom gown take?
Production takes 10–12 weeks from sketch approval. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before your wedding — that's our no-surcharge window. Need it sooner? Inside 6 months, a rush surcharge applies on a sliding scale up to €1,500 at our 3-month floor, agreed with you before we start. We don't accept orders inside 3 months.
What does the +€500 customization actually include?
Everything. Change the neckline, back design, sleeve length, fabric color, train length — or combine elements from different styles. Your designer sketches the result before we cut anything.
