How do I get my measurements right?
Your measurements must be taken by a professional tailor or seamstress — not self-measured. This is a firm requirement, since the fit depends entirely on the precision of these numbers. We send a full measurement guide for your tailor to follow, and you send the finished numbers back to us.
What if the dress doesn't fit when it arrives?
We make each gown to the measurements your professional tailor provides, not standard sizing, so major fit issues are rare when those measurements are accurate. Because every gown is cut specifically for you, we're not able to cover local alteration costs — which is exactly why we require a tailor's measurements rather than a self-measurement, to get the fit right the first time.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
We ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Orders within the European Union have no import customs because we are also based in the EU. For all other countries, import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility; please check your country's requirements before ordering.
Can I see the dress before it ships?
Yes — that's part of our process. We photograph your gown at every stage: fabric cut, first fitting on the dress form, finished before pressing. We don't send anything without your green light.
How long does a custom gown take?
Production takes 10–12 weeks. We recommend ordering approximately 10 months before your wedding. No rush fee applies at 6 months or more. The rush fees are €500 at 5 months, €700 at 4 months and €1,000 at 3 months. We do not accept orders with less than 3 months remaining.
Can I customize a design from the collection?
Yes. Changes to the neckline, sleeves, length, fabric and other details may be possible. Contact us and we will be happy to advise you on the options and prepare an individual quote.
