Before you begin

What happens after I send my brief?
A designer reviews your references and replies within one business day if anything is missing. Once the brief is complete, we create your initial personal sketch and send it by email.
Is the first personal sketch free?
Yes. Your initial personal bridal sketch is free. Send us your ideas and references; there is no checkout and no obligation to order a gown.
What if I decide not to order a gown?
There is no obligation to order. The initial personal sketch is free, whether or not you decide to order a gown.
Can I customize a design from your collection?
Yes. We can consider changes to the neckline, sleeves, length, fabric and other details. Contact us and we will be happy to advise you on the options and prepare an individual quote.
How long does production take if I continue?
Production takes 10–12 weeks after payment and receipt of the required measurements from a professional tailor. We recommend ordering 10 months before your wedding. Orders confirmed 6 months or more ahead have no rush surcharge; fees are €500 at 5 months, €700 at 4 months and €1,000 at 3 months. We cannot accept orders with less than 3 months remaining.
