Before you begin

What happens after I send my brief?
A designer reviews your references and replies within one business day if anything is missing. Once the brief is complete, we create your initial personal sketch and send it by email.
Is the personal sketch really free?
Yes. The initial personal sketch is free. We do not ask for card details, and there is no checkout or obligation to order a gown.
What if I decide not to order a gown?
Nothing further is required. You can keep the initial sketch and decide not to continue with production.
Can I customize a design from your collection?
Yes. We can consider changes to the neckline, sleeves, length, fabric and other details. Contact us and we will be happy to advise you on the options and prepare an individual quote.
How long does production take if I continue?
Production takes 10–12 weeks. We recommend ordering approximately 10 months before your wedding. We do not accept orders with less than 3 months remaining; rush fees apply when the wedding is less than 6 months away.
