Your questions,

From the first sketch to the moment your dress arrives — every detail of how we work, what things cost, and what to expect along the way.

What is included in the €69 consultation?

You receive a hand-drawn sketch of your gown designed specifically around your ideas, a curated selection of fabrics with photos and descriptions, and a full design discussion with your designer. The original sketch is mailed to you — wherever you are — regardless of whether you order. The €69 is credited in full toward your order if you continue.

What if I don't like the sketch?

We refine it together. The consultation includes back-and-forth until the design is exactly right: neckline, silhouette, train, back, sleeves. If after the design process you decide not to proceed, the sketch is yours to keep — there's no obligation to order.

Why is the consultation paid?

Your designer spends several hours creating your sketch, selecting fabrics and preparing a proposal built entirely around you. The €69 ensures every bride gets focused, unhurried attention — and it comes off your final order price if you proceed.

What do I need to prepare before the consultation?

Anything that inspires you — photos, a Pinterest board, a silhouette you love, a fabric you remember. You don't need a clear vision; that's what we're here for.

How much does a dress cost?

Ready-to-wear styles start at €1,490. Fully custom gowns typically range from €2,500 to €6,000+ depending on fabric choice, construction complexity, embroidery and embellishment. Your exact price is confirmed in the design proposal — before you commit to anything.

What exactly is included in the price?

Everything: the sketch, all design revisions, the technical drawing, atelier production, agreed embroidery, final photography, international shipping, and customs duties for US deliveries. What you see in the proposal is what you pay.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Our pricing is all-inclusive by design. The one exception is a rush order surcharge of €1,500 if you need the dress faster than our standard timeline — always discussed and agreed beforehand.

When do I pay and how?

Orders up to €2,500 are paid in full at confirmation. Larger orders are split into 2–3 instalments agreed before production. We accept all major cards and bank transfers.

Can I combine elements from different dresses?

Yes. The neckline from one, the back of another, a sleeve silhouette you saw elsewhere — we work from references constantly and synthesise them into something made for your body.

What fabrics do you work with?

Silk satin, silk chiffon, silk organza, crepe, mikado, tulle, lace inserts and structured bonded fabrics. Your designer proposes a curated shortlist based on your design and budget.

Can I add embroidery, beading or 3D florals?

Yes — hand embroidery, beading, sequins, 3D floral appliqué, lace inserts and feather trim are all options, discussed and priced during the consultation.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 10–12 weeks for simpler gowns; with embroidery or complex construction it can take up to 6 months. We aim to deliver at least 3 months before your wedding date.

How do I follow the production?

We send real photographs at each key milestone — fabric laid out, bodice assembled, gown nearing completion. You're never left waiting in silence.

Who should take my measurements?

A professional tailor. Self-measuring is not accepted — the fit depends entirely on the precision of these numbers. Find a local tailor and show them our measurement guide.

What measurements do you need?

Always: bust, waist, hips and hollow to hem (measured in your wedding shoes). Some designs also need upper arm, wrist and back length. We send a detailed guide.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, from Ansignan, France via express courier (UPS or DHL). Shipping is included for US deliveries; other destinations are confirmed in your proposal — no surprise bill at the door.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 3–7 business days worldwide via express courier; European deliveries 2–4 days. Every package is fully tracked and insured.

Can I return the dress?

No. Your dress is made exclusively for you to your exact measurements and design. This is why we invest so much in the approval process — you approve final photographs before it ships.

Can I order a second dress for the reception?

Absolutely. Many brides order a reception look alongside their ceremony gown. The second consultation fee is waived for returning clients.
