Every bride-to-be envisions her perfect wedding dress. Some come with a clear idea of what they want, while others need some inspiration. Eugenia, on the other hand, had a vision, and with her references and mock-up, our team brought it to reality. In this blog post, we'll share the touching story behind Eugenia's wedding dress and how we created her dream gown.

Eugenia came to us with references, and on those references were dresses pinned on a mannequin as a mock-up. It was a mock-up, not yet created for wearing, but it was the perfect starting point for our team. Eugenia had a very specific request, oriental motifs integrated into the dress, combined with silk taffeta, a fabric that typically sets the tone and mood for a dress.

We immediately got started, and one of the most critical parts of the dress was the silk taffeta of amazing quality purchased by the groom's mother. It was a touching moment that made Eugenia's wedding dress extra special. Eugenia also suggested lace for the sleeve and neck decoration. We decided to add bead embroidery to enhance the lace.

As we created the dress's basis, we had to beautifully lay out the drapery right on Eugenia. It was essential to make even folds on the taffeta in different directions. The rest of the time was spent working on the decorations.

We used organza elements on the sides of the skirt for the photo shoot, and they were taken during the wedding. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dress showed Eugenia that we were dedicated to creating her perfect gown.bride in the palace in a wedding dress and taffeta with lace and embroidered with pearlsThe attention to detail in every aspect of the dress showed Eugenia that we were dedicated to creating her perfect gown.bride in the palace in a wedding dress made of taffeta with lace and embroidered with pearlsMaking a mock-up a reality can be quite challenging, but it's an opportunity to create something truly unique. Eugenia's wedding dress was a perfect example of how amazing a mock-up can turn out to be when it's in the right hands. Our team was honored to make her vision come to life, and seeing her joyous face in her dream gown was our reward. We hope this story inspires you to bring your references and mock-ups, and we'll take care of the rest.bride in the palace in a wedding dress made of taffeta with lace and embroidered with pearlsWedding date: August 2021
